ERP systems

A system that runs the company and meets local rules

The difference between a global ERP and one built for the Gulf is not the accounting. It is compliance. E-invoicing, payroll and social insurance requirements are not optional add-ons here, and any system that does not handle them from the start ends up with a spreadsheet running beside it.

The modules

Four modules, take what you need

We never require the full system upfront.

Accounting and e-invoicing

Chart of accounts, journals, receivables and payables, with electronic invoices issued to the technical requirements applied in Saudi Arabia and periodic tax reporting.

Inventory and warehousing

Items, multiple warehouses, stock movement and reorder levels, with periodic counts and reconciliation, wired directly to sales and purchasing to avoid balance drift.

HR and payroll

Employee records, contracts, leave and attendance, with a payroll run that respects social insurance and wage protection requirements and exports the bank files needed.

Procurement and approvals

Purchase requests, supplier quotes, purchase orders and goods receipt, with a multi-level approval cycle built on roles and spending limits that you define.

Compliance

What we verify in every accounting build

Items your accountant reviews before launch.

Regulatory requirements

  • The approved electronic invoice format
  • Invoice archiving and retention periods
  • Periodic value added tax reporting
  • Social insurance and wage protection rules
  • A tamper-evident audit log of entries

Accounting controls

  • Unbalanced entries blocked at source
  • Accounting periods closed and protected
  • Separation of entry and approval rights
  • Bank reconciliation inside the system
  • Exports your auditor can work with

How we roll out

We start with one working module, not a full system

ERP projects that start with every module at once are the ones that stall, because the company waits months before seeing value. We start with whichever module hurts most and get it genuinely running.

The usual rollout order

Identify the most urgent module first
Get it live with a limited team
Migrate and reconcile opening balances
Run in parallel with the old method
Full adoption after one clean cycle
Add the next module the same way

ERP questions

What to settle before an accounting build

Does the system issue compliant electronic invoices?
Yes. We build the invoicing module against the published technical requirements and test it in the sandbox before go-live. We always ask your accountant or tax advisor to review before final sign-off.
Can we connect to an existing accounting system instead of replacing it?
Yes, and it is a common choice. We build the missing modules and connect them to your current system through APIs, which avoids the risk of replacing a stable accounting system mid financial year.
Who trains the finance team?
We do, in a hands-on session on real data rather than demo data. We also hand over an operations guide for the repeated procedures, which stays useful as team members change.
What about multiple companies and branches?
We support multiple entities and branches with a shared or separate chart of accounts as you need, with consolidated reports alongside per-entity ones, and permissions defining who sees what.
