Custom systems

A system built on your process, not a template

A packaged subscription imposes its process and your company adapts to it. A custom system reverses that. The difference shows up hardest in the details no global product covers: your commission chain, your approval cycle, your regulator's requirements.

Three tracks

What we build under this heading

Three tracks, and you may need more than one.

CRM systems

Leads, customers, follow-ups, quotes and contracts, built around your sector rather than a generic sales model.

ERP systems

Accounts, inventory, payroll and procurement in one system, aligned to local invoicing and social insurance requirements.

Desktop software

Software for Windows, Linux and macOS, for cases needing offline operation or a connection to local hardware.

The essentials

What exists in every system we build

Regardless of the system's type or size.

Operation and permissions

  • Roles and permissions down to field level
  • An audit log of every change and who made it
  • Reports and dashboards exportable in formats
  • Fast search and filtering across the data
  • Scheduled backups and a restore plan

Integration and security

  • An API to connect your other systems
  • WhatsApp Business integration for alerts
  • Local payment gateway connections as needed
  • In-country hosting where the law requires it
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest

Before you decide

When a custom system is the wrong call

We do not sell a custom system to everyone who asks. If your processes are standard, your team is small, and there are no regulatory or local integration needs, a subscription costs less and we say so on the first call.

Signs you need your own system

You pay for features you barely touch
Part of the work runs in a spreadsheet beside it
You need invoicing or reports the vendor lacks
Your data has to stay inside the country
The subscription grows with every new hire
Local integrations the product does not offer

System questions

What to settle before building a system

How long does a full system take?
It depends on the number of modules and integrations. We usually start with a small working core you genuinely use, then add modules in stages rather than waiting months for a complete system before first use.
Do you migrate our existing data?
Yes, and it is a separate stage in the plan. We clean, map and import the data, and run both systems in parallel for a short period before you rely fully on the new one.
What if we need a new module a year later?
The system is built to be extended, and the code and documentation are yours. You continue with us or with any other team, and nothing technical or contractual limits that choice.
Does the system work on mobile?
Yes, the interface works in the browser on phone and desktop. If your field team needs a separate app with features like offline operation, we discuss that as its own scope.
