Sectors we understand before the first meeting

The gap between a developer who knows your sector and one who does not shows in week one. We arrive knowing that real estate has a commission chain, and that a news site lives or dies on speed.

Eight sectors

Every sector has its recurring problem

What reaches us from almost every one.

Real estate

Leads scattered across portals, commissions calculated by hand.

Healthcare

Appointments by phone, records split across systems that never talk.

Education

Enrolment, payments and progress living in three separate tools.

Retail and commerce

A store invisible in search, and stock that never matches the listing.

Contracting

Payment certificates and site stages tracked in WhatsApp groups.

Logistics

Shipments and fleet with no live tracking and no real cost reporting.

Media and news

A slow site that never enters Google News or surfaces in Discover.

Professional services

A site that undersells the firm, and client files with no system.

Sector not listed

We do not require having worked in your field before

The sectors above are where requests repeat, but the method is the same anywhere: we sit with whoever does the work daily and map the process as it actually runs, not as it is supposed to.

How we enter a new field

A session with whoever does the work daily
The current process mapped as it truly runs
Bottlenecks and duplicated effort identified
A review of the tools already in use
The regulatory requirements for the field
A prototype you try before we build

Sector questions

What nearly every sector asks us

Do you have a ready-made system for my sector?
We have a foundation built for each of the eight, but it is not a packaged product sold as is. Starting from it rather than from zero shortens delivery, and then we fit it to your company's actual processes.
Do you work with a competitor of ours in the same sector?
We treat every client's data and processes as fully confidential, and we never reuse anything specific to one project in another. If you want an exclusivity clause within a defined scope, we discuss it in the contract.
Our sector has specific regulatory requirements. Do you handle those?
Yes, and they are usually the reason a custom system was needed in the first place. We collect the requirements during scoping, put them in the specification, and ask your legal advisor to review before launch.

Send us two lines about what you need on WhatsApp. We reply, book a short scoping call, then send a written plan with cost and timeline before you commit to anything.
