CRM systems

The technician on site, the system in their pocket

Field service fails on small details: a technician arriving without the part, a visit completed but never signed off, a maintenance contract expiring without renewal. The system ties the work order to the parts inventory, to the customer signature and to the contract, in one path.

Modules

What the field service system runs

From fault report to closing the visit.

Work orders and technicians

  • A work order with the fault and the asset history
  • Technician scheduling by skill and by area
  • A mobile app that works on a weak connection
  • Before and after photos with a digital signature
  • Arrival time and time on task both tracked

Parts and contracts

  • Spare parts stock in the warehouse and in vans
  • Parts deducted from stock when fitted
  • Maintenance contracts with scheduled visits
  • A renewal alert before a contract expires
  • A full service history for every customer asset

The biggest leak

Visits that get done and never get invoiced

What support businesses lose most is not cost, it is revenue never collected: an out-of-contract visit done as a favour and never recorded, a part fitted and never deducted, a contract that expired while technicians kept turning up. The system makes all of it visible the moment it happens.

What closes the leak

Defining what the contract covers and does not
An instant alert on out-of-scope work
Every fitted part tied to its work order
No closing a visit without a customer signature
A weekly report of uninvoiced visits
Alerts on expired contracts still being serviced

Reporting

Field service numbers that stay invisible without a system

Each is revenue or cost you cannot see today.

Unbilled visits

Work performed outside contract scope and never collected, broken down by customer and by technician.

First visit fix rate

How many jobs closed without a second visit, the sharpest measure of preparation and diagnosis.

Parts held in vans

What left the warehouse, was never fitted and never returned, the line that leaks most quietly.

Questions

About the support system

Does the technician app work offline?
We build it to hold data locally and upload when the connection returns, because many job sites are in basements or areas with weak coverage.
Does it track technician location?
It can, during working hours, so jobs go to the nearest person. We set the scope and permissions explicitly, and the team must be told about it in advance.
We have thousands of assets at customer sites.
Each asset gets its own record with serial number, service dates and parts replaced, so the technician arrives already knowing its history before opening it.
